Guild wars upcoming patch notes? - Guild Wars Forums

Does GW have a section where patch notes considering upcoming patches are shown or possibly when patches are expected to launch? In the last interview the GW lead guy mentioned a very exciting update possibility for solo players (I don't want to spark yet another huge debate on a dead horse subject that will just get my topic closed so I won't say more than that) and I'd like to keep an eye out for more news on it.
